A Public Accounting Firm with A Different Business Model

Years ago I realized businesses of all sizes depend on knowledgeable and skilled individuals to carry out their business objectives.  Instead of delivering a product or service to the client with, little to no involvement or understanding of how the client runs and manages their business, I look for clients that want their CPA to be part of their management team. I aim to be a resource to the client. 

Although some clients just need a product or service, many want more support. Support for temporary assignments, to look over their operations or accounting, to consult regarding tax compliance, financing, technology and a host of other matters.

Today's business has to be entrepreneurial. And every business employs a variety of skill sets to accomplish the corporate mission. I work with the client to look at all the factors and help them make wiser decisions.
